Far from a lead worker

I had the misfortune of riding the elevator with her one day. She carried two bags, which was not a crime. Then she said, "This is my bag, and this is my bag for all the things I forgot," which meant she had returned to her apartment during lunch to retrieve those items. I could not imagine what could be so pressing.

She was far from a lead worker, but she came to the office even when she was on vacation, "to check on things." Considering that she did nothing, it was unclear what she was checking. I decided that she lived too close to work.

Once we caught her at the podium, abandoned after some Ambassador's lecture. "Now I'm in charge," she cackled, and then she noticed her bewildered audience. "I'm just rambling," she said, or even, "My eyes is funny."

Another time, she wore her shirt backwards, and that was the last straw. However, the union intervened. She went on vacation, and you can't fire someone who is on vacation.
